Dear Camper:

We are now including 10 spaces of primitive camping across from the fairgrounds with no water and no electric for $75.00.

The camper space on the fairgrounds is $200.00 if paid before April 1, 2023. If paid April 2, 2023 through August 1, 2023 the cost is $250.00. If not paid by August 1, 2023 your spot will be lost. You will again be asked to purchase a membership or season ticket with your camper space. Those tickets can be picked up at the Secretary’s Office during office hours before the fair.

Enclosed you will find a contract for camper space at the Morgan County Fair. If you plan to camp during the 2023 fair, please complete the enclosed contract and return to the secretary by April 1, 2023, no exceptions! There will be no office hours to pay in person this year.  We must receive them in the mail by April 1 to receive the discount.

Please fill out the camping contract for the 2023 fair.  Any questions about paying for a camper spot direct those to Teresa Veyon at 740-509-8138.

All campers must be registered before the fair.  The advance reservation is a must if you plan to camp before the fair.

Only one vehicle per camper space is allowed to be parked on the fairgrounds.   All other vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking areas.  This year you will be issued a camping permit and one vehicle parking permit.  These must be displayed on the camper and the vehicle.  If the vehicle is parked in camping area without a parking permit the vehicle will be towed. 

The Morgan County Fair board absolutely prohibits all subleasing of camper spaces.
